I'm Pamela "Pam" Detweiler, and I've called Blountstown home my whole life. Before real estate, I spent 24 years teaching in Calhoun County schools — which means half the families I work with, I already know. The other half get the same thing my students always did: clear, patient explanations, and nobody rushed into a decision they're not ready for.

I help people buy, sell, and relocate across the Florida Panhandle, with a particular focus on Blountstown, Bristol, Altha, Clarksville, Kinard, Grand Ridge, and Marianna. That includes first-time home buyers navigating the process for the first time, and downsizers moving into the next chapter — two groups who tend to have the most questions and deserve the most time.

Because so much of this area is rural, I spend a lot of time helping buyers understand things city agents rarely deal with: USDA loan eligibility, well and septic basics, land and acreage, and what a property's flood zone actually means for insurance.
